On 18 July 2019, pursuant to Section 17(2A)(h) of the Securities Investments Business Law (2019 Revision) and as amended by the Securities Investment Business (Amendment) Law, 2019, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority appointed Mr. Kenneth Krys and Ms. Angela Barkhouse, both of KRyS Global, to assume the control of the affairs of OneTRADEx Ltd (the “Company”). Subsequently, on 3 September 2019, pursuant to Section 104(3) of the Companies Law (2018 Revision), the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands ordered that the Company be put into provisional liquidation. Mr. Krys and Ms. Barkhouse were appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company (“PLs”).
On 22 April 2020, Ms Angela Barkhouse resigned as Joint Provisional Liquidator of the Company leaving Mr Kenneth Krys as the sole Provisional Liquidator of the Company.
On 15 October 2024 Mr Kenneth Krys was discharged as Provisional Liquidator of the Company and Mr Kenneth Krys and Mr Mark Longbottom were appointed Joint Official Liquidators of the Company.
On 11 July 2025 the Company was dissolved pursuant to section 152 of the Companies Act (2025 Revision) and the Trust Assets as at the date upon which the Company was dissolved are now administered pursuant to section 153 of the Companies Act and Order 23 of the Companies Winding Up Rules (2023 Consolidation).
